Colorado’s Open Enrollment Law provides students the option to enroll in any public school in the state, so long as the school has enough space. For more information about the law, click here.

To select a school other than your assigned neighborhood school, contact the school that you are interested in or the school district where your desired school is located to learn more about their application process. Remember that enrollment timelines are different depending on the school and the district, but most deadlines are between mid-January and mid-February.
